I was a bit skeptical at first because of the price, but was I was pleasantly surprised, for a change! I read some of the revues before purchasing and I had some concern. There were complaints about blur. And yes, for a high power zoom picture and holding the camera in hand can cause blur if you are not rock steady, but all you have to do is set the camera to take high speed multiple shots and you will get some good shots, period. So just set it to take 6 or 20 or even 40 fast shots! Guaranteed you will get some good shots out of 40, unless you are completely inept! I used the macro mode to take a picture of my eye with the lens enclosure touching the bridge of my nose, couldn't get any closer, and the picture came out perfect. Great clarity and definition, maybe not $4,000 camera picture but really good none the less. This camera is the bomb for the price, at least so far! It's not a GoPro camera though, so I don't recommend strapping it to your helmet for self action shots (should be self evident and common sense but seems people really are stupid).
